• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access or security breaches.

• Builda uses artificial intelligence to generate website designs, content suggestions, and layout recommendations.
• AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and may require review and editing.
• You retain responsibility for all content published on your website, including AI-generated content.

• Your Content: You own all content you upload, create, or publish using Builda.
• License to Builda: You grant Builda a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and process your content to provide our services.
• AI Training: You grant Builda permission to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI models, but your personal content is never used for training without explicit consent.

• We offer both free and paid subscription plans.
• Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or specified in our refund policy.
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of new pricing.
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

• Builda's platform, software, designs, and trademarks are owned by Builda Inc. or our licensors.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our platform.
• Template designs provided by Builda are licensed for your use while subscribed to our service.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of our templates or AI-generated designs.

• Builda may integrate with or link to third-party services.
• We are not responsible for third-party services, their content, or their terms.
• Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
• You are responsible for complying with third-party terms when using their services through Builda.

You agree not to use Builda to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Interfere with platform security or performance
• Create websites for illegal activities

• Builda is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service.
• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or errors.
• We are not responsible for website downtime, data loss, or security breaches beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Builda's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for third-party actions or content
• We are not liable for business losses, data loss, or reputational harm

You agree to indemnify and hold Builda harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your website content
• Your infringement of third-party rights

• You may terminate your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use Builda immediately ceases.
• We may delete your data 30 days after termination, unless legally required to retain it.
• Paid subscriptions are non-refundable upon termination.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA.
• Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco, California.
• We encourage informal resolution before legal action.
• Class actions and jury trials are waived.

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Builda.
• If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
• You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent.
• We may assign our rights under these Terms.
